Dear wise lactnetters
I am looking for LC job descriptions.  I have gotten what I can from the
archives but am in search of more.  We are "revising" my job description
where I work and I would like to go in with some concrete suggestions
for mine.
I'd also be interested in what criteria larger institutions use for
referral to see the LC.  I ahd been seeing all new moms at my hospital,
but now management doesn't feel that's indicated and want criteria.  If
you could e-mail me privately or to the list, I'd greatly appreciate it.
