Hi All,

I've been no-mail since December, when I went out on maternity leave with
my second daughter. Still no-mail because I can't keep up with reading
everything in my email inbox!!

Anyway, I have a dear friend who loves tension tamer tea (ingredients are-
Eleuthero, peppermint, cinnamon, ginger, chamomile, West Indian lemongrass,
licorice, catnip, tilia flowers, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors
(contains soy lecithin), hops and Vitamins B6 and B12) and was wondering if
this is safe to drink while breastfeeding. I don't know the answer to this, but
was hoping someone in the breastfeeding community out there might know!
The peppermint in there does ring a bell, but my memory is quite foggy about
it! :)

You can email me off list if needed at [log in to unmask]

Thanks all!
