Ann,

We have a 6 year old in our pediatric practice that was diagnosed with
neuroblastoma within the first year of life. He had his eye removed and
has done extremely well. He has a prosthesis that gets checked and
replaced frequently as he grows. He has EUA (exam under anesthesia
every two years to check his unaffected eye. Other than frequent visits
to the opthalmologist, he enjoys the normal life of an active 6 year old.
I hope this is helpful.
