Dr. Shaw,
I am just thinking that this 2 mo old is anemic and the bili is up  and he is
jaundiced. Maybe a hemolytic anemia? Could this be caused by iodine toxicity?
Or something else altogether.  Maybe a referral to peds hematology if the
endocrinologist is stumped.
