I don't think the issue is "just" low milk supply.  Many years ago I read a
research article that showed world wide women have little confidence that
they have an ample milk supply.  World wide the problem is "not enough milk"
!  Forget the fact that the baby in front of you is growing and thriving!
Every little problem is blamed on mom's milk or not enough mom's milk or
what's in mom's milk.

So often the 'not enough milk' syndrome is caused by 'not enough
nursing'....arrrggghhh as Jack used to say!  and also often there isn't even
a problem, there is plenty of milk - just let the kid nurse!

Sorry I don't know the answer - women are assaulted on all sides to believe
their bodies aren't adequate :-(  Pat in SNJ
