Robyn, I suggest some therapeutic massage.  It is possible that something
happened in Nov that didn't seem significant, but that caused some back
muscle tension.  This can lead to pain in the breast of the nature you describe.

I suggest that she have a pillow or rolled towel below her breasts when she
is on her stomach so that there is not pressure on her breasts. Feeding the
baby before the body work is also a good idea.
