Adding to what Jay suggested:

Other factors for yeast can include household (and barnyard) animals,
dental appliances, cuticles/nailbeds of hands that make contact with
yeasty surfaces (this includes the whole family); use of antibacterial
soap; a diet high in sugars(even artificial)/refined carbs/dairy/ and
yeasts--and let's not forget about checking for diabetes when yeast
persists past the boundaries of plausible.
