Hi all,

Yesterday, the state House of Representatives voted the absurd public nudity
bill down 43-38. The bill has been sent back to committee. There is still a
need for breastfeeding advocates to make their voices heard to insure that
breastfeeding is not considered nudity. The vote was too narrow for comfort
IMHO.

What was gratifying about the press coverage of this bill is that the
newspaper mentioned moms breastfeeding their babies in public first when it
listed a few things that would be illegal if this bill had passed.
