Take the economic angle.  It will save the military money.  Breastfed  
babies less likely to be sick, save money on medicine, etc., parents  
would not have to miss their duty day to stay home and take care of a  
sick child, which is another situation that many supervisors have  
issue with---when a parent has to stay home with their sick child.   
Sorry, but this is the reality.
