Nancy Holtzmann reminds us (on Feb.16) of the common sense recommendations:
"  'Feed your kid when he is hungry.  Hold your kid 'cuz it makes him
happy.  Pick him up when he cries.'
It really is so simple, you hardly need a book."

I agree.  This would fit on a bookMARK.  Maybe some enterprising soul would
print them up and we could save some trees, while providing parents with the
essentials for the first couple of years of life.
