It is about a female pirate(a stong female character)
She marries and has a child.  There is a picture of her breastfeeding.( not
very modestly but she is a pirate)

The local rep for Putnam told me that bookstores especially in the N.Virginia
and DC are refusing to purchase the book because of the breastfeeding
picture.

We have come a long way in promoting breastfeeding but look how far we have
to go.
