 Feeding room, or infant care room I think encompasses a range of possible
activities, breast expression included, and subtly makes a statement that it
may be possible to change a baby’s nappy there, or feed and hold a baby.
With those accommodations in place, might it even be possible to bring the
baby into work, for a lunchtime? Or a day or two, or a week, or even a few
months?

Clearly the concept of keeping babies and mums together in a workplace is
more appropriate in some settings than others, but a name and provision for
some other aspects of parenting may just initiate a change in attitudes to
try a new paradigm.
