First, I would ask to see what kind of schooling this nutritional therapist
has, she sounds like she has lost her mind.  For a nutritionist to down play
the value of breastmilk at any age would send up red flags for me as a
counselor and as a mom.

And where does this nutritionist come off saying that a one year old
shouldn't be attached to mom?  Perhaps this mom practices the AP way of
life.  In my experience, both personal and professional, AP'd kids tend to
love on mom (and dad) more than other kids, and they tend to be more clingy
in public, but I don't feel that's a reflection on the child's development,
it's more on how they have been raised.
