There is a woman with persistent yeast who wants to get Baumslag and
Michels' book.  Do any of you know of a quick source?  Here is what she wrote:

"Wow...I've been doing some web searching.  Amazon.com lists it, but says
4-6 weeks to get it.  Barnes & Noble doesn't have it listed at all....
Do you know of a good source?  I'll try calling a couple of local places
tomorrow; I hate to have to wait 4 to 6 weeks...!!!"
