Denise -

This is kind of late, as I am still (constantly) trying to catch up on my
digests, but on the breastfeeding page
(http://www.islandnet.com/~bedford/brstfeed.html) (whew!) there is the second
draft of "Breastfeeding in an Emergency" by some of the nutrition consultants
for WHO. It is still a little rough, but it is an intriguing idea for a
publication.

Anyway, it has a small "how to" on induced lactation - you will need some
more references, but this is just another.

Hope this helps
