I have a patient who needed domperidone to increase her milk supply after
a number of events caused a decrease in it. She wants to stop it now,
side effects, and is afraid that her supply might decrease again as she
is returning to work.

I don't know how to "prescribe" fenugreek. How do you take it?
(Capsules?) How much? Is it available at health food stores?

I'm in Canada and naturalpaths are less "mainstream" than in other
places. Hence people may feel OK if its in a health food store but less
happy if they have to pay to see a naturopath to get it.

What else would help, and how do you take it?
