Marsha,
You are so right. I have tried to explain about charging the formula as
food. But the bigger problem is now the staff and mgmt too want to give
the free breastpump in the bf d/c pack.  And they swear they could not
afford to purchase the paper tape measures that they use to measure the
babies, and some other freebies (I guess the artificial teats, pacifiers,
etc). And they also want to use the bf teaching materials provided by the
formula rep.
