I'm sorry, I neglected to state that she is breastfeeding and she did indeed want to know if and how it impacted breastfeeding.  She had a difficult start with poor milk transfer resulting in very slow infant weight gain but worked through it (with the help of our group's discussions) and continues to nurse at 10 months. She doesn't want to do anything to "mess it up". I saw only 2 responses and forwarded the information on to the mother already.  The responses were helpful in that they reaffirmed what I already knew and I wasn't missing anything.  I really appreciate this list.
