What is gtts?

Transient lactose intolerance is a condition where the brush border of
the intestine is injured, destroyed, or sloughed due to an infection or
even radiation damage, and needs time to regenerate.  The lactase is
produced by cells in the brush border, and therefore a broken down brush
border means a deficiency of lactase.
