How could I keep my mouth shut in this infant massage class? These moms seem
to be asking for help anyway. Certainly it is not the time or place to go
into lenghty conversations during a class about this.
But you could speak to them after class w/ some suggestions. Give them your
LC card or a referral to someone if you are not available to them.

I thought Michelle's response on this was excellent. The SNS seems the
perfect solution for the poor baby with heart trouble. And the way she said
it was just right. Those counseling skills are so important.
