Pat, since the baby's latch is good, but the suck weak, I'd suggest to give
the EBM by any kind of nursing-aid system (SNS or alike) and start with a
flow similar to a bottle flow, *slowly* decreasing to breast-similar. That
way the baby would have the benefits of at-breast feeding and will no longer
be exposed to the very different bottle-suck experience. The slowly
decreasing flow may gradually bring him to suck with some more power.
