Yes Jennifer, most c/s will/are scheduled.  Just think of the revenue for our
hospital, the extra OR experience our OB nurses will receive....(TIC)  I have
always been scared of that true need for a STAT c/s...you know mom comes into
ER with an abruption.  Even those have too long of a turnaround.  My favorite
peds doc was saying that some of our worst outcomes for babes have been
"stat" c/s for truly emergent problems.  I don't believe we have had any,
many? ruptures during vbacs.   ACOG also said our cytotec use was both too
frequent and too high of doses...another story.

This is evolving and I will keep everyone "abreast"  :)
