We are a small community hospital with a Level 1 nursery. We do not
currently have access to banked milk.

I was able to find the Consent for use of unscreened donor milk in the
archives, because we have awesome moms who ask questions.

My Risk Management Department wants to know if there are other hospitals
who allow use of unscreened donor milk with this consent.

They would like to talk to their Risk Management people.
