Elisa,
Recommendations would vary depending on the health of the baby.  For ill or
preterm infants, I recommend boiling, or following the advice of the NICU, if
any, for handling human milk.  For full term, healthy babies, I recommend just
cleaning with hot soapy water.  I always remind moms to wash their hands
before pumping, or handling their pump.
