Dear Dr Mimi, Thank you for saying so eloquently what I was thinking!  Every 
mom doesn't have the option to stay at home and we can only work within 
exactly the situation we have. No sense in adding to her burden by 
suggesting she stay at home.  I'm sure this mom has already decided that she
