I think TXrgXt also sells a cooler that actually plugs into the car cig
lighter.  It actually keeps things really cold like a little fridge.  At
night you can also take it inside and plug it into a reg socket.  My husband
purchased a small generator that he can recharge and it keeps the cooler
going for 8 hrs so it doesn't run down the car battery.  Maybe she can give
that a try.  Good luck to her.
