Unfortunately,  Domperidone(Motilium) is not available in the USA. Hopefully it
will be soon.

In the USA,  it is legal for a physician to us any drug for any purpose as long
as they feel it is ethically proper to do so.  Remember, almost 80% of the
drugs used in pediatric patients are not "cleared" by the FDA for pediatric
patients.
