PTP I'm looking for information about breastfeeding safety after this procedure. This mom has a 16 month old who nurses frequently and doesn't take a bottle. The doctor says pump and dump for 48 hours.  Other sources say 24 hours. Still others say no worries - breastfeeding is OK after. What is the consensus?
