Are hospital grade pumps available in your area?  I think some extra
pumping to bring up the supply would help. Some herbs (fenugreek) for
supply. You want the supply to be bountiful so  baby doesn't have to work
hard to  get milk at breast (when you first get baby there)  Slipping
shield off after feeding has begun, feeding when baby asleep are two ideas
