One of the issues related to Turners Syndrome is that the girls have very
widely spaced nipples. (I have two clients with Turners). These girls do not
have normal sexual development (it is stimulated with administered
estrogen). As breast growth and sexual development are both impacted by
this condition, I have my doubts about whether it would be easy to induce
lactation. However, that said, what could it hurt to be supportive and to
try?
I would just do the standard stuff and see what happens. Be sure to write
up the results.
