I'm not a Lawyer but, what state are you talking about ? Many states do
have laws protecting womens rights to breastfeed  their babies. I helped
get the law passed in New York State 5 years ago. At that time we were
the 3rd state to enact a law. Check it out  As long as she's on her
time, her break or her meal time they shouln't be able to say anything.
