I have a copy of a breastfeeding log that my Area Professional Liaison gave
to me. It is from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Office of
Maternal and Child Health.
Here's what it says about the # of wet/soiled diapers to expect the first few
days.

Day One
1 wet diaper
1 black tarry soiled diaper

Day Two
2 wet diapers
2 brown tarry soiled diapers

Day Three
3 wet diapers
2 green soiled diapers

Day Four
4 wet diapers
3 yellow soiled diapers

Day Five
5 wet diapers
3 yellow soiled diapers

Day Six
6 wet diapers
4 yellow soiled diapers

Day Seven
6 wet diapers
4 yellow soiled diapers
