Dr. Eglash and others.  If imipramine (tofranil) can cause cardiac arrhythmia
in a sensitive mom, could it also cause such an irregularity in the infant?
 I noticed with interest that everyone seems to be speaking about PPD as if
it is physchological maladjustment.  I was always under the impressions that
it was a real chemical phenomenon (imbalance of some sort).  Why would it
than be limited to first world countries?
