I don't make money from either company - but my hospital has had both
kinds of pumps.  I see outpatients that have been using e* kits and
pumps who did better with m* pumps.  I have also seen milk backed up in
the  e* pumps - but then see thousands of moms a year - so I can't speak
stats.  We changed from e to m and have been very happy.
