How could a mother possibly make an informed decision to breastfeed if she only receives information about formula from those who are selling it? If IBCLCs don't want to talk about how to safely bottle or the differences in formula she will get the information from the marketing department of a formula company, or worse yet a misinformed healthcare provider/worker.
