Hi Lactnetters,

I am looking for a specific citation for a quote I have heard numerous
times: "Babies who are carried vertically gain weight 75% faster". I
heard it numerous times at the LLLI conference in 2007, I think it
originated with Nils Bergman or James McKenna??
I can't find a study that supports this statement...can anyone help?
Thanks in advance,
