Dear Lactnetters, as if we didnt have enough to do we now need to educate JCAHO on breastfeeding. A new notice was sent to the hospital that states to be incompliance with them a box on the order sheet must be marked weither a patient is lactating and or pregnant. I have talked with our pharmacy and they will be using Tom Hales book on drugs in breastmilk but I am stocking up on aspirin. Anyone else worried?
