No, I do not have anything on training the pediatricians, but per the AAP
guidelines that a baby should be seen by a knowledgeable hcp, this is
exactly what I do at my followup appts in the BF center. All the points that
you mentioned from AAP guidelines, we assess them and intervene as needed.
Would love to have peds residents or other hcps come thru a clinic setting
like this, there are many around the country run by very knowledgeable LCs.
and I have to say this is one of the most important services we offer. Would
love to see some kind of partnership with LCs and other hcps on training of
this sort.
