fenugreek and coumadin?

Hi everyone,
I have checked the archives and Tom Hales site as well as other references 
and it seems as if fenugreek is contraindicated with anticoagulants because of 
the coumarin content in  fenugreek. I am working with a mom who is struggling 
with milk supply issues and trying all the usual tricks  to no avail. She is 
wondering about using fenugreek but is also taking coumadin for 3 months 
because of a DVT . Does  not want to take Domperidone. Baby is 1 month old. 
Anyone aware of recent good data on this combination?
