To Cathy Genna and others who have been so helpful offline--

This mom called me and said "You've gotta come over here!  He's doing 
it right!"

Sure enough, at 5 weeks he has finally regained birthweight, and has 
come alive :)  He now yawns with a great big open mouth and sticks his 
tongue way out!  Also, that funky, hanging soft palate is right up 
where it is supposed to be, with proper firmness.

I don't know if this mom will ever be up to 100% supply, but baby is 
now clearly doing his part.
