Annette posts:

I have had moms eat oranges and other foods to get swelling down. If I see

the legs and feet area that are swelled up I know that milk supply may have

issues.

One swollen mom who had an unanticipated C-section still had very puffy

feet under her flip-flop straps when she came for her initial bra fitting.

We mentioned eating cucumber and other squash related foods in season.

We got her something to wear temporarily in K-cup. When she came back

for her real fitting, she and her visiting mother said it worked and

she really urinated a lot after consuming those foods. She was a totally

different size after peeing this out.
