Yes, the 3.5 is the smallest diameter tubing.  I liked to use it whenever
available as I felt it wasn't as noticeable for the baby as the larger ones,
more flexible and the flow wouldn't be as fast.  The only time I ran into
difficulty was if the initial colostrums was quite thick. Then it didn't
flow through the tube very well.  The ones we had were also shorter than the
5 and 8 sizes.  In setting up to do finger feeding with a tube and syringe,
it was a little more awkward than if the tube had been longer.
