Just new on lactnet and have already learnt a lot. I am just contemplating
expanding my private practice as an LC. in Ontario but am getting
discouraged by the negative reports but I guess money is relative.

I do have a question. What's the latest on Tongue-tie. I've read the
articles in Lactation Journal. Is there anything newer? Are there any
articles on severity and what more accurately requires clipping?
