OK, there are 10fl oz in half pint. Is 60 to 100 fl oz considered too much?
I'm sure I used to have a drink of some sort at every breastfeed in the early
days, as well as having something to eat - biscuit, banana, piece of bread,
etc. Most cups & tumblers are about 8-10fl oz. 6 feeds = 60 fl oz, 10 feeds
= 100 fl oz. I drank to my thirst and ate to my body's desire - I listened to
my body's needs. If you are not peeing enough in 24 hours and if your pee
smells strong and looks darker than a light straw colour then these are signs
of not drinking enough.

OMG, I have spouted too much the past couple of evenings. I''ll give you all a
rest.
