A NICU nurse heard about a recommendation that premies be given milk pumped
at the same time of day at which they're being fed, and asked if I knew of
references. Now that I think about it, that sounds to me as if the baby
must either get fresh-pumped milk or must rely on day-old (or more) milk if
the times of day are to match up, which doesn't sound right to me.

Has anyone heard this or something similar that I might be confusing with
this idea? I told her I'd ask lactnet (the fabulous fifteen hundred).
