Anne, You mention cleaning the nipple-areolar complex with alcohol. In most
of these cases, some part of the area is cracked. Wouldn't that hurt like
hell? I realize we need a clean sample for culture. Would you forgo this
step if the skin is broken? Seems obvious but just asking.
