I wouldn't consider this a good resource for mothers. It ask mothers to time 
alcohol intake based on their infant's "breastfeeding schedule" and contains 
no discussion to help mothers weigh the risk of alcohol tainted milk vs 
infant formula. And it doesn't answer the question that's asked at the 
beginning...."Will it harm my baby?"....the answer we know is "most likely 
not"
