Someone wrote the other day that for a mom with PCOs we need to wait and see what happens as it is so individual.  same as for a mom who has various sorts of breast surgery.  I think pumping in the hospital to see how much she gets is a real confidence destroyer!  We know in the first few days amount is normally minimal.  I wouldn't waste it on a pump, I'd see that baby latches and gets it all.  Pat in SNJ
