I'm looking for information on use of 17-Hydroxyprogesterone (17-OH progesterone or 17OHP), also called P 17 I believe, which is progesterone during pregnancy to prevent preterm labor and whether it could have an impact on milk supply once baby is born.  I've tried LactMed, Hale (Book and online), searching Lactnet archives and general googling.
