Oh yes -- however, her husband refuses to "allow" her to use any "drugs."  I
pointed out that with her first 4 children, they used Pitocin either before
or after the delivery.  (This baby was born at home w/o benefit of any
professional help, on purpose).   But he is adamant that she not do anything
but herbs (I suggested Domperidone as well as the nasal spray).  Also told
her w/ her next baby that she would HAVE to have it during the engorgement
phase....

Sigh.
